"Kill him Shadow!" One wolf barked excitedly.

  "Rip him apart!" Another wolf encouraged.

  Shadow looked at the audience that circled him. He was cast into an arena with a small innocent wolf. He did his best not to show fear, but he couldn't help it.

  "He doesn't deserve this ... I helped him escape!" Shadow whined. "It's my fault...punish me, not him!" He begged.

  Scarlett raised her hand to silence the crowd. She then turned her gaze to Shadow as she made her announcement.

  "A prisoner convinced our Shadow to release him and escape with him. BROTHERS, he called them. 'BEST FRIENDS'....our poor Shadow fell for that, now the beast who manipulated his mind, will pay the price!"

  "No!" His friend pleaded. He then looked into the eyes of Shadow. The black wolf fought back tears for his friend. This was the worst way for it to end. Shadow held his breath as he looked up at Scarlett who sat in her throne. "I will not MURDER him!"

  "HE DOESN'T HAVE A CHOICE! Now, do as I say, or you're going to regret it, Necromancer. I know where Rose is, and I'll hunt her down and kill her brutally if I have to! If you don't want that, then do as I say, and KILL him!""

  Shadow then shed tears as he prayed silently to himself. "Please don't make me do this, please don't make me do this..." He didn't want his sister to die, or his friend, who was already too scared to die. The small wolf was shaking in fear.

  Shadow fought back though. "I won't kill him!" He shouts. Out of fury, Scarlett stood up and she shouts at Mica, ordering him to go find Rose. As Mica does so, Shadow stops them.

  "I'll do it!" He announced. He then turned to his friend, who was now crying uncontrollably. Shadow looked into his gray eyes and said in his mind:

  I know you're scared of pain, I'll make this as quick as possible. You won't feel a thing.

  I trust you.

  He then attacks, biting him hard into his neck. Please don't let him feel pain, please don't let him feel pain!

  He then watched the life fade from his friend's eyes.

  "I'm so sorry I got us into this..." He whispered softly. "Go find your family, you're free from her."

  Refusing to look at the body, he shut his eyes and turned back to face Scarlett. "There, I did it! You happy now?"

  "Oh, you're not done yet! Come on, Necromancer...I believe in you....don't be shy. Show me something good! Something pure!" She encouraged.

  Oh no, now she wants a show! She's interested! He forced himself to look at the body and attacked.
