Chapter 101: Teleportation
Qigong: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, palms facing downwards and eyes looking forward. Focus on the Labor Palace for one minute. Then lower your hands to the back of your knees and lift them up again, palms facing upwards, and crouch into a horse stance. Practice for another minute. After that, bring your hands back to your waist, then slowly raise them to chest level, about a foot away from your body, with palms facing inwards and fingers spread apart like claws. Maintain the horse stance and focus on the Labor Palace. When you feel tired, return to the starting position of Qigong and repeat.
Advanced Day Gong: Practice this exercise at noon, sitting cross-legged with soles facing upwards. Place your hands on top of your head, palms facing each other, and imagine holding up the sun. When you feel heat in your hands, imagine the sun turning into two streams of hot energy entering through the Labor Palace points and gathering in the Middle Dan Tian. As it flows downwards to the Lower Dan Tian, it rises again through the Du Meridian and exits from the Bai Hui point, forming a circle between your hands. Repeat this process several times.
The Moon Gong: To practice this gong, one must sit in a lotus position during the night of the full moon, with both feet pointing towards the sky and both hands clasped together on top of the head, forming a embracing shape. Imagine that there is a bright moon above the Baihui acupoint on the crown of the head. When a cool sensation appears at the Baihui point, imagine that the moon transforms into a stream of cold energy flowing down along the Du meridian to the Lower Dan Tian. Then, two streams of energy emerge from both sides of the body through the Laogong points and converge between the hands, transforming into a bright moon. Repeat this process for as many times as the heavenly cycle.
The above two gongs must be practiced with an equal number of repetitions. If one practices the Day Gong, they must also practice the Moon Gong; if one practices the Moon Gong, they must also practice the Day Gong. If there is any discrepancy between yin and yang, heaven and earth will not be in harmony, and the Hundred Steps Divine Fist cannot be achieved.
This gong requires practicing at dawn and dusk. The practitioner can face south with their back to the north, but absolutely cannot face east or west. Stand naturally with feet shoulder-width apart, relax the whole body, and calm the mind. Take a step forward with the left foot towards the right foot, inhale, and imagine that the harmonious energy of yin and yang emerges from the Dan Tian and flows into both palms.
Squat down or sit in a lotus position, clasp both hands together in front of the chest, close the breath, and imagine that the energy between the two hands is mutually attacking each other, forming a ball of energy. Exhale, push outwards with both hands, and imagine that the ball of true energy silently and formlessly strikes an object hundreds of steps away, destroying it. When pushing out with the palms, one can also open their eyes wide and make a "he" sound.
Ordinary martial artists must practice dynamic and static gongs for 100 days before they can learn advanced gongs. Those who have cultivated the "Qiankun Heart Method" to a high level can practice advanced gongs after half an hour of cultivation. After three hours of cultivation, each person will have achieved one hour of gong.
Fourth Layer: Absorbing Devil's Spirit
The practitioner's power is generated from the circular motion of the horizontal movement, and then the vertical movement occurs. When the palm touches the opponent, it always maintains the spiral force; because the palm that strikes the enemy must have this shape and contain its power.
Due to its unique training method, it is also a secret weapon and treasure for defeating enemies, which has not been known to people for generations. If one can understand its principles, master its methods, and practice diligently, they will achieve some success. When their palm touches the opponent's skin, it is like a steel drill entering dry wood, with a strong and fierce power that can destroy the opponent's internal organs and break their bones.
Its power is extremely toxic, and those who are touched by it suffer greatly and cannot speak. It is very easy to injure people with this power. The principle of its power is: externally train the muscles, bones, and skin; internally cultivate natural energy; when encountering emptiness, move with virtual force; when touching objects, use spiral force.
The intention is to say that the arm should not only be trained to be soft like a whip but also extremely sensitive, "like a bird meeting my hand cannot fly, all relying on the heart's intention to command" which is the "spiritual energy". Whether it is self-training or actual combat, one must move naturally, but once the hand touches an object or person, the spiral force will immediately appear; like invisible electricity, like drilling into wood, not only causing unbearable pain but also making it difficult to escape its grasp.
The training method is divided into two main categories: external training and internal cultivation. External training has form, while internal cultivation has no form. The realm of internal cultivation increases with the improvement of external training; and internal cultivation also greatly promotes the rapid improvement of external training. The highest level of internal cultivation will be "only intention, difficult to express in words".
External training is further divided into local training and whole-body training. Local training aims to train specific parts such as fingers, palms, and arms to be soft like a snake, so that they can entwine the opponent like a snake wrapping around an object. Sharpness is like a steel drill, only then dare to hold the opponent.
Whole-body training is to cultivate oneself into a steel ball that can rapidly rotate and easily change position. When touching objects or people, although it is only one point of the steel ball, the force received is the entire steel ball's rotational and impact force. Therefore, when cultivating this power, first, internal energy must be strong; second, receiving and releasing must be natural; and third, hard work is required to achieve its true essence.
After having sufficient power, when each part of the body has basically taken shape, one can focus on the problem of sensing the interaction between the two arms and the air. At this stage, as the power increases, not only does the palm's energy sensation become extremely strong, but also the palm's sensitivity to the air becomes particularly keen.
This sensory training starts from the local arm and gradually extends to various parts of the body. Ordinary martial artists practice for 14 years to achieve success, while those who cultivate "Qian Kun Heart Method" to a high level must practice for seven periods.
(5th layer) Horizontal displacement in mid-air
The method of moving the body, steps, and aura as one. Can pull out several feet from the ground, can also fly in mid-air, with a layer of natural aura around the body that can attack external enemies and deflect their power. When practiced to a high level, it can create nine shadowy figures to defeat the enemy.
First stage: Relaxation, stillness, emptiness. Gently lift both hands upwards along the Ren meridian line to the Zhongzhong acupoint, changing into a lotus flower shape with palms facing each other and fingers pointing upwards. Slowly inhale while imagining the yang energy from the earth entering through the **acupoint in a spiral shape, rising up through the middle meridian and exiting through the Baihui acupoint in a spiral shape.
Then, change both hands to face downwards and press down to the Dan Tian area while exhaling. Imagine the yang energy from above entering through the Baihui acupoint in a spiral shape, descending through the middle meridian and exiting through the **acupoint in a spiral shape. Repeat this practice.
Second stage: First posture: Sit facing south, connecting with the previous stage. Five hearts face upwards, upper body straight, spirit lifted to the top of the head, tongue against the upper palate, lower jaw slightly retracted, eyes gazing forward. Gently lift both hands, palms facing downwards, and place them on the Zhongzhong acupoint, about one palm width apart between the middle fingers. Shoulders sink down, elbows drop down, arms should be "rounded".
Imagine the **acupoint emitting spiral yang energy that wraps around the body, sinking it into the ground until reaching the center of the earth. Suddenly, the spiral yang energy retracts, and the body springs back to the surface like a spring.
