Chapter 100: The Tenth Sword Qi!
There are two forms of this gongfa:
The First Formula: The Sacred Flame is Stirred
Posture: Sit naturally with an upright body.
Hand seal: Form the Sacred Fire hand seal in front of your face with both hands.
Visualization: Imagine a fierce fire burning at the Zhongzhu point.
Explanation: The Sacred Fire hand seal is formed by pressing the middle fingers of both hands on the Zhongzhu point, while the other fingers touch each other.
Achievement: After diligent practice for 100 days, your body will transform into pure yang.
The second formula: I alone am honored
Posture: Sit naturally with an upright body.
Hand seal: Two hands form a solitary respect seal in front of the chest.
Visualization: All things are empty, I am the universe.
Explanation: The thumb and middle finger touch each other, forearms crossed.
Gongjing: Take the center of the nose as the center of my universe for 300 days. When the gong is successful, it will always be centered on the lower abdomen.
Note: If there are any abnormal phenomena within seven days, give up this gong by yourself. Otherwise, you will bear the consequences.
The Qiankun Heart Method can only be practiced after 500 days of bitter cultivation, and it will be a superior method after 1000 days of bitter cultivation.
Dragon Elephant Accomplishment
1. Sit comfortably with your back straight, shoulders relaxed, and hands placed on your knees with palms facing upwards. Close your eyes and breathe naturally, feeling the energy sink into your lower abdomen.
2. Focus your attention on the point between your eyebrows (the "heavenly eye" or "third eye"). Imagine a bright light emanating from this point, which then flies out and lands in a distant paradise, taking on a form identical to yours.
3. Form the "Dragon Elephant Seal" with your hands: interlock your thumbs and index fingers, with your left hand on top of your right hand. Place your middle fingers together, with your fingertips pointing towards your nose. Close your eyes and focus on the heavenly eye, imagining a high mountain in the distance that resembles an elephant, with a river below that looks like a dragon.
4. Chant a specific mantra ("杂吽班霍") 49 times, while visualizing your other self (the "bright point" from step 2) lifting the mountain and transforming it into a giant elephant, which is then absorbed into your body as light energy. Similarly, visualize the river transforming into a dragon that enters your body through your feet.
5. Change to the "Six-Turn Lotus Seal": interlock your fingers in a specific pattern (right small finger on left small finger and ring finger root, etc.). Chant another mantra ("杂吽班霍,四字明") 49 times, while visualizing your other self shrinking back into a bright point that returns to the heavenly eye and enters your central channel, filling your body with light.
6. Imagine this bright point radiating light throughout your central channel, illuminating your entire body and expanding to fill the surrounding space. Visualize an elephant at the base of your spine sending energy up to you, which you absorb and respond to, feeling powerful. The elephant then transforms into a beam of light that enters your central channel.
7. Imagine a dragon above your head, which you absorb energy from and respond to, feeling as if you could fly like the dragon at any moment. The dragon then transforms into a beam of light that enters your central channel.
8. As the dragon and elephant energies merge with yours, focus your attention on this unified energy, entering a state of stillness and concentration.
(Second Layer) Ten Oaths Sword Aura
Sit cross-legged, with both arms embracing the body and fingertips about one foot apart. Circulate the breath from Ren Mai to Zhong Dantian, then to the left shoulder, left hand, right hand, right shoulder, and back to Zhong Dantian. Repeat this process 24 times, then reverse direction.
Afterwards, collect the breath at Lower Dantian and cultivate diligently for thirty days. The external energy will be released and internal energy collected, marking the initial completion of the exercise.
Sit upright with eyes closed, hands forming fists and placed on the abdomen, focus your mind on Dantian. In a short moment, the energy in Dantian is full, and the entire body is unobstructed. The breath no longer needs to follow the meridian lines but can be controlled at will.
Light a candle three feet away from you, raise your right fist towards it, and suddenly extend all five fingers while making a "heng" sound. The energy shoots out of Dantian like thunder, through the Yang surface of the arm's Three Yang Meridians, directly striking the flame. Be careful not to make any fanning motion with your hands; rely solely on internal force until the candle is extinguished.
Practice with both hands, first training the Three Yang Meridian Divine Sword and then the Three Yin Meridian Divine Sword. Each practice session should last at least one hour. As your power grows, you can gradually move the candle farther away to five feet, seven feet, nine feet, ten feet, or even farther. Generally, ten feet is considered a benchmark.
With diligent practice, you can achieve mastery over releasing and collecting energy, marking the completion of the Ten-Strike Sword Energy exercise. Typically, martial artists take seven years to master this skill, while those who cultivate the "Qian Kun Heart Method" to its highest level need only one hour.
Carefree Universe
1. Feet shoulder-width apart, hands in a palm-up position above the head, fingers facing each other, palms up, eyes level, and then palms flip inward and downward to press against the ground. Straighten arms outward while pushing, straightening waist, and lifting palms above the head. Repeat this movement multiple times, inhaling when rising and exhaling when sinking.
2. Stand in a horse stance with fists clenched under the armpits, fist facing upwards, body upright, and eyes looking forward. Then, change fists to eight-character palms facing forward while pushing out from the waist area, coordinating with exhalation, and focusing on the Labor Palace. Next, rotate both palms outward so that they face upwards, changing back to fists, bending elbows inward, and slowly retracting them to the waist area, fist facing upwards, coordinating with inhalation, and focusing on the Labor Palace. Repeat this movement without limit, exercising according to one's strength.
3. From the previous posture, turn left or take a left bow step, with both hands moving from behind to in front of you, palms down, shoulder-width apart, and parallel. Focus on the Labor Palace as both palms retract to the armpit area, fingers slightly bent, body sitting back, left leg straight, right leg bent, weight centered on the right foot, and both palms pushing outward at shoulder height, palms facing outwards, forming a right bow-and-arrow step. After repeating this exercise several times, turn around to practice in the opposite direction.
4. To conclude the exercise, with palms facing each other and upwards, lift energy from the upper Dan Tian to the middle Dan Tian, flip palms over, then slowly press down back to the lower Dan Tian. Inhale when lifting and exhale when pressing down.
