Chronos could see Tyler on his jetpack was zooming in on him fast, so Chronos had to activate his jet shoes.

  “Always nice to carry a pair of these” laughed Chronos.

  Chronos was able to zoom around the Academy’s hallway, doing his best trying not to run into anyone else while he was holding Davie hostage.

  “Where are you taking me?!” cried Davie.

  “Silence, you will cooperate with me, you shouldn’t even exist on the outside in this century!” cried Chronos.

  If robots could cry, Davie would cry right now. The small cleaning robot was just built for cleaning by Barney Pond to make the British Empire great. He didn’t mean to cause all of this confusion and harm. Chronos passed one more hallway – Dex “Dexter” Shadow, Tyler’s former rival was just a few paces down.

  “Now there’s something you don’t see everyday” laughed Dex.

  Dex managed to trip Chronos, causing him to lose his balance and Davie fell right into Dex’s arms. Tyler arrived just in the nick of time seeing Dex saving Davie. Cronos found himself stumbling and crashing towards the wall face first.

  Tyler headed over to where Chronos was just getting up, he had seen this man before – but from where? Tyler then could tell that Chronos was wearing some sort of mask.

  “Let’s see who you really are!” said Ty.

  Tyler ripped off the plastic mask revealing Chronos’ ugly face! It was the same Chronos from when he was on a mission with Robbie “Grimm” Pond to the 18th century.

  “What are you doing here in my time period?” asked Ty.

  “I felt your time period should consider not to meddle too much in the past” continued Chronos, “that’s my duties, and my duties alone. Your pathetic Department of Relativity thinks it has so much jurisdiction, when it comes to time travel and separate timelines, that’s a different story.”

  Soldiers arrived and attempted to try to arrest Chronos, but Chronos took off leaving Davie alone with Dex. Gloria along with Thad, Havana, Carmal and Matthew arrived on the scene.

  “Thank goodness Davie is safe!” cried Gloria.

  Davie was happy that he was in the arms of Gloria.

  “Now what on Earth is going on here?” asked Dex.

  Dex was confused and he was also an instructor. He could tell that neither Havana nor Thad appreciated someone like Davie.

  “Well, we’re trying to figure out who gets to adopt Davie” said Gloria.

  “Is that it, a robot adoption?” asked Dex.

  “I don’t know if either household will welcome me” said Davie.

  Dex thought for a moment, he also knew of a way to deceive Chronos into fooling Davie would be out in the open.

  “Let’s try one plan to get that fake janitor” said Dex.

  Dex knew he had to capture that strange janitor he had seen, though he believed Tyler would fill him in on who he truly is, as for Chronos himself, the rogue time traveler was able to slip away. He knew he had to return to find Davie one last time before daring to call it quits.
