  Japan, Tokyo, at a certain ramen restaurant, 9:00 in the morning. . .

  “Honey! Three Tonkatsu ramen, please!”

  “Coming, Darling!”

  Leonna and Veint have arrived early at their workplace today. They immediately began working the moment they saw how crowded this ramen shop is. Veint is the chef, and Leonna is the waitress. They both quickly become accustomed to this place from the first day they work here. Their adaptability in their job is very impressive.

  “Three Tonkatsu ramen is ready, Darling!”

  “Alright, Honey!”

  The morning shift is very hectic today, but all the workers, including the owner, were not stressed out even a little bit. This is all because of the two’s working proficiency. They both work so efficiently and quickly that they lift off the shoulders of the other workers. It’s safe to say that they are very liked by all the coworkers here.

  About four hours later, during lunch break. . .

  “FUUUUHH!! Finally! Our shifts are over!” said Veint.

  “Wooooooo!! Today was so hectic, Honey! We worked up quite the sweat!” said Leonna.

  “We’re all so glad that you two are always working harder than everyone else!” said one of the male coworkers, named Yusuke, who’s 20 years old.

  Kojiro Yusuke is a tanned guy, standing at 168cm tall and weighing around 67kg. He is thin and slightly muscular. He has a pair of green eyes and pale blond short spiky hair. He is currently attending college at Tokyo University, a testament to his diligence and genius.

  “We will forever be thankful for both of your everyday contributions to this humble ramen shop!” said one of the female coworkers, named Koyuki, who’s 36 years old.

  Kosaka Koyuki is a white, pale-skinned 39-year-old woman, standing at 163cm tall and weighing around 70kg. She has a little fat and a plump body. She is a hardworking housewife who works the morning shift in this ramen shop just like Veint and Leonna. Her husband and son already left the house for work and school, so she used their absence to gain a little bit more money in the meantime. She does her usual housework and chores in the afternoon every day.

  “Me personally, would’ve had my head exploded handling that much order during a hectic hour. I am also grateful to you, Leonna-san and Veint-san!” said another female coworker named Hinata, who’s 19 years old.

  Nishiwara Hinata is a gyaru who’s also attending college. She has tanned skin with hair dyed yellow, which is slightly curly, that reaches her back. She has a pair of brown eyes with a mole on the right underside of her lip. She is 168cm tall and weighs around 62kg. She is thin and slender and is very popular in college for her beauty. She works part-time here with the same shift as Leonna and Veint to help her parents pay for her college.

  “Oh, come on, you guys! Don’t exaggerate too much!” said Veint.

  “Nah! We are all truly grateful for both of your presences! Thank you!” said the last coworker, a male in his 20s named Kyousuke.

  Kashiwara Kyousuke has white skin, is 170cm tall, and weighs around 66kg. His body build is thin and slightly muscular. He is a hard-working man who works multiple shifts in several different jobs every single day. Every day he wakes up at six in the morning, and goes to sleep at 12 at midnight. He is being this busy to pay for the fee of her mother’s hospital bill. Leonna could’ve easily helped him out with her wealth, but he keeps his mother’s well-being a secret, as he would feel highly indebted to Leonna if she were to help him out.

  “You two are like my star workers! Hohohohoho!” said the owner.

  “Oh, you all are way too kind with your words! Thanks!” said Leonna.

  Every single worker who works the morning shift at this ramen shop is currently resting in the break room, behind the kitchen. They are having lunch, which is ramen, together at the table.

  *SLUUURRRPP*

  They are all having a conversation as they continue to slurp the ramen noodles.

  “MMhhhhh!!! I’ve eaten this everyday and it’s still good!” said Hinata.

  “Yeah! Yeah! For real!” said Kyousuke.

  “Very good job on this homemade recipe, Owner-san!” said Leonna.

  “Hohohoho! You’re all too kind!” said the owner.

  “No, no! We’re serious! We’ve never eaten ramen with a taste like this anywhere else!” said Yusuke.

  “Yeah! I am not sure if I can replicate this on my own at home.” said Koyuki.

  “I agree too, Owner-san! And this is coming from me! Someone who prefers steaks over ramen all day!” said Veint.

  “It’s still so jarring to hear you say that, Veint-san! Remember that you are our main chef in the morning here!” said the owner.

  Everyone burst into laughter in harmony. They quickly gulp down the rest of their ramen as they continue to chatter to one another.

  A few minutes later. . .

  Outside the shop, precisely at the back door, every worker on the morning shift is ready to leave.

  “Alright, guys! We’re off!” said Veint.

  *FLAPS*

  Leonna sprouts her giant pair of golden angelic wings from her back. Veint hops onto her back and grabs her shoulders.

  “We’re off, guys! STAY SAFE!!” said Leonna.

  “Careful, guys!”

  “Good work today!”

  “Have a safe trip!”

  *SHIIINNGGG*

  Everyone waves them goodbye in harmony. Leonna’s whole body quickly shines dimly in gold, and she starts flying away at the speed of light, instantly disappearing from their sight.

  “Sometimes I forgot that Leonna-san is a Believer. . .” said Kyousuke.

  “Yeah! And a strong one at that! Being able to move at the speed of light is crazy powerful and useful as well.” said Yusuke.

  “It’s because she never used her Faith power at work! It makes her look like a Non-Believer just like us.” said Kosaka.

  “And then, every day after our shifts, we always see her beautiful pair of wings, and it always reminds us that she’s a Believer.” said Koyuki.

  “Oh well! It’s farewell for now, everyone! Adios!” said Hinata.

  “Bye!!”

  Everyone leaves the ramen shop and heads to different directions for each of them.

  Two hours later. . .

  “Hmm, we’ve been flying straight for two hours, and there’s zero case of Gluttony, Darling.”

  “True, Honey! This is quite rare! We are usually busy left and right everywhere we go!”

  Leonna and Veint are currently flying over the skies of Iceland.

  “Ah, Darling! This is the country where people get mixed up with Greenland!”

  “Mixed up? How?”

  “Well, Greenland is a gigantic island where almost 95% of it is entirely covered in snow, while Iceland is a small island next to it, where only 20% of its surface is covered by snow. It’s quite funny when you think about it!”

  “So, why the heck is Greenland called Greenland and Iceland called Iceland? Who named these islands?”

  “I don’t know that far! Gotta have to search the internet!”

  “Ah, forget it, Honey! LET’S GO ON A DATE TODAY!!”

  “Eh? Why so sudden? Oh! Nevermind what I just said! It’s rare for us Judge and Support to get free time like this! Let’s go, Darling! Where are we going?”

  “Hmm, give me some ideas, Honey! I am not familiar with this country.”

  “Hmm. . . Wanna check out that famous hot spring? Blue Lagoon, if I recall its name.”

  “EEHHH?? BLUE LAGOON WITH MY HONEY? LET’S GO! LET’S GO! LET’S GO! LET’S GO!! YAHOOOO!! HOT SPRING WITH MY HONEY!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!”

  “W-WAIT! DARLING! PLEASE CALM DOWN!! I ALMOST LOST MY GRIP ON YOUR SHOULDERS! STOP MOVING SO MUCH!!”

  Leonna was way too excited over Veint’s suggestion. She was moving erratically while flying in the sky, and it almost made Veint fall over. She stops immediately after realizing she almost endangered Veint.

  “S-Sorry, Honey. . .” said Leonna with her head down, feeling disappointed with herself for risking the life of the most important person in her life.

  “Now, now! I don’t blame you, Darling! Going to a hot spring with your loved one is also making me excited! Please cheer up!”

  “R-REALLY, HONEY?”

  And just like that, Leonna’s mood was restored to normal.

  “Yup! Really, Darling! I want to see you in a swimsuit, after all!”

  “S-s-s-s-swimsuit?!”

  “Yup!”

  “I-i-i-i-I UNDERSTAND HONEY! I’LL MAKE SURE TO BUY THE SEXIEST ONE IN THE STORE!!”

  “Hey now! Please don’t buy anything outrageous! I don’t want you showing off your body to anyone else but me!”

  “W-Wow! I understand, Honey. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!! YIPIEEEE!!”

  Leonna quickly flew down to a nearby city to look for a swimsuit.

  About 15 minutes later, they still haven’t detected any Gluttony case. The two of them have entered the Blue Lagoon hot spring entrance. They are now standing in line towards the ticket booth.

  “Hmm, I just realized, Darling. Isn’t this place very expensive? Shouldn’t we be saving our money for marriage instead?”

  “EEEHHH? But Honey! I have a lot of money in the bank! And it’s not like we go here every day! Please don’t back down now!”

  “Hmm, I guess you’re right! It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Let’s keep going then!”

  “YIPIEEEEEE!!!”

  Leonna shouts so openly and loudly in the queue.

  “SSSTTTT!! Oi, Darling! Keep your voice down! There are others here!”

  Leonna quickly covers her mouth with both hands.

  “S-Sorry. . .”

  The people in the queue were eyeing them for a bit for making a ruckus. After a while, they finally bought the ticket and entered the hot spring. But before that, they were instructed to take a quick shower in a private shower room before entering the hot spring, completely naked, with no clothes on, as part of the procedure.

  Neither of them has any idea why the emphasis of being naked in a shower, because it’s such an obvious thing for them. They do not question them, however, and do as they were told. They finally met each other after the shower, already wearing the swimsuits they just bought. Leonna is wearing a black and yellow one-piece swimsuit, and Veint is wearing dark purple swimming trunks.

  “W-Wow, you look gorgeous, Darling!” said Veint with a slightly red face.

  He’s pretty much enamored by the way Leonna looks currently. She has her hair tied into a ponytail, as it was recommended by what she sees online. Blue Lagoon is a geothermal hot spring, so there are some minerals in the water that would mess up human hair.

  “T-Thanks, Honey! You also look manly with your bare chest out like that. . .” said Leonna with an embarrassed face.

  She also occasionally looks away from Veint’s direction. She feels shy looking at him for some reason.

  “M-Manly? But, Darling! My body is so thin, even compared to yours! I look really feminine in comparison by standing next to you. . .”

  “HUH? WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, HONEY? I LIKE THIN GUYS THE BEST!! DON’T YOU DARE THINK ALL WOMEN LOVE MUSCULAR MEN!! THERE ARE PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO LIKE THE SLENDER TYPE!! MEN AREN’T THE ONLY ONES WITH PREFERENCES!!” said Leonna passionately.

  Veint was a little bit shocked seeing her girlfriend’s passion for what she loves. He feels so loved even more deeply by her than he already was.

  “E-EH? Is that so? I never knew that. . .”

  “It’s the same idea as how some men prefer women with small breasts, even though generally men like them large!”

  “(Like our Leader for example!)” thinks Leonna.

  “I-I see. . .”

  “(So, like Light-san for example.)” thinks Veint.

  “Thanks for cheering me up, Darling! I appreciate it.”

  “I wasn’t cheering you up, Honey! I was telling you the truth!”

  “Eh?”

  Leonna approaches Veint quickly and puts her hands on his shoulders.

  “I love you so much, Darling! I am obsessed with you! Like if we weren’t a pair of Judge and Support, we would’ve already been married and we would had three children already!”

  “T-THREE CHILDREN?”

  “HONEY!! IF I DON’T HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT WITHIN ME, I WOULD’VE PUSHED YOU DOWN RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW! I WOULD’VE MADE YOU KNOCK ME UP!!”

  *!*

  “D-DARLING!! THAT’S ENOUGH! SAVE THESE KINDA TALKS FOR AFTER WE’RE MARRIED!! NOT TO MENTION THAT THIS IS A PUBLIC PLACE!!”

  Leonna leans her face closer towards Veint that their noses are touching.

  “NO HONEY!! THE POINT I WAS TRYING TO MAKE IS THAT I LOVE YOU SO MUCH YOU SHOULD NEVER FEEL LIKE YOU’RE INFERIOR OR NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU, MY DEAREST HONEY!!”

  “I-I understand that now, Darling! I apologize! I didn’t mean to act lame in front of you! Thank you! I love you too, Darling!”

  Leonna finally smiles towards Veint. She lets go of her hands from his shoulders.

  “Well, then, shall we go, Darling?”

  Veint suddenly kneels down on the floor, offering a hand to Leonna romantically. Leonna giggles in her head and smiles joyfully. She takes up his offer and takes his hand.

  “Lead the way, my Honey!”
